As president and founder of Building Solutions & Consulting, Inc., Paul Millard has a comprehensive background in the field of construction, estimating, insurance restoration, business operations and management.


Over the last 37 years, Paul Millard has inspected, estimated and/or managed over 2800 construction projects.


These projects include residential, commercial and industrial construction and restoration projects.

Paul Millard has extensive experience in insurance claims, estimating, loss settlement and damage restoration. Besides holding a State of Florida General Contractors license, he holds State of Florida Mold Assessor, Mold Remediator and Home Inspector licenses.
